4 Draw out one of the oval, tube-like elements of the work. Keep your hand close to the wall and keep the lines clean.

5 Take a few steps back and see how it looks. If you can see where the letters are and decipher all the pieces and bits, then you will be OK. If you need clarity, go back and add that in at this point.

Step 2: Begin Your Fill-Ins

Your fill-ins will be three different shades of blue, so you don’t need to do multiple sketches. Drop in the blues in a hard block-style, fill-in pattern and keep the fades to an absolute minimum. As you go along, cut and slice as much as you can to keep both the fill-ins and the edges crisp.
